Biography
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida,James Walker Jr. is a CG Animator whose primary goal is to create the ultimate Animation experiences that will bring the characters to life.
James gravitated toward Art at a young age, as a self-taught artist that always wanted to draw cartoon characters that he saw on television.
The release of a major Animation film in 1995 sparked his curiosity and interest in CG Animation.
James is incredibly lucky to have a career that he is passionate about. He is always learning from those around him and continues to advance as an Animator. His life motto is "Learning Never Stops"!
Expertise
James focuses on creating life-like 3-D character animations by using the latest animation software and 3-D modeling techniques.
He is an expert in 2-D and 3-D animation, in addition to Modeling and Design, Texturing, UV Mapping, Rigging, Storyboarding, Drawing, Painting, Photography, Graphic Design, Sculpture, and Art History.
James is also expert in a wide-range of Software programs that includes: After Effects, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk MotionBuilder, Final Cut Pro,Flash, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
